President Bola Ahmed Tinubu arrived in grand style at the Chinua Achebe International Airport, Umueri, Anambra State, on Thursday as part of his highly anticipated official visit to the southeastern state.
The President touched down aboard a Nigerian Air Force Airbus to a ceremonious welcome. Dressed in the elegant and culturally significant Akwete Igbo attire, complemented by a traditional red cap, President Tinubu cut a striking figure as he descended the aircraft and walked to the ceremonial podium. The Nigerian national anthem echoed across the tarmac, signifying the commencement of his official engagement.
Joining him on this crucial visit was his Special Adviser on National Security, Alhaji Nuhu Ribadu, along with an entourage of high-ranking government officials and presidential aides. At the airport, President Tinubu was warmly received by Anambra State Governor, Prof. Chukwuma Charles Soludo, his deputy Dr. Onyekachukwu Ibezim, members of the Anambra State House of Assembly, traditional rulers, and an array of esteemed dignitaries, community leaders, and well-wishers.
